Angle Intelligence places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains which data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
The data controller is Angle Intelligence (Stéphane Langlet). For any question: contact@angleintelligence.com.
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
No sensitive data is requested. The site does not build an advertising profile.
This data is used solely to respond to your request and follow up on our exchange. The legal basis is your consent, collected when you submit the form, together with the legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Your data is intended only for authorised personnel at Angle Intelligence. When you use the contact form, its delivery is handled by the third-party routing service Web3Forms, acting as a processor; if not configured, the message is sent directly from your own email client. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
To protect the contact form against automated submissions, we use the hCaptcha service (provided by Intuition Machines, Inc.). When the captcha is displayed and validated, hCaptcha may process technical data (IP address, browser and device characteristics, interactions with the challenge) in order to distinguish a human visitor from a bot. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in securing the form and preventing abuse. This processing may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards. Learn more: hCaptcha privacy policy.
To measure site traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.), a cookieless solution that produces aggregated, anonymous statistics (page views, entry pages, referrers, countries, device type). It builds no profile and does not allow you to be identified or tracked across sites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. This processing may involve a transfer of data outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards. See also our cookie policy.
Data from the form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for a period of three (3) years from our last exchange, before being archived or deleted.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@angleintelligence.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
The use of cookies is detailed in our cookie policy.
